"Joanne took excellent care of my dog, Charlie, taking him on walks and playing with him when it was too rainy to walk. Charlie doesn’t like strangers touching him but he warmed up to her very quickly. She was always punctual, had great communication and showed a lot of car for Charlie such as asking which walking routes he preferred. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Joanne’s services again. "

"This was the first time using a pet sitter for my two cats. I was very nervous leaving them but Mei was very attentive to the cats. She fed them and played with them on every visit. She posted pictures and videos which really helped reassure me the cats were happy. One of my cats is very anxious and nervous of strangers. Mei was patient and soothing and by the end of the holiday I could see that Mei had won her over and was happy to be stroked and petted by Mei. Recommend and will definitely use Mei again. "
