I couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter for my Dumpling. From the start, Aria’s kindness and love for animals shone through. Dumpling can be shy and picky, but Aria won her over effortlessly.
She kept me updated daily with the cutest pictures and notes, making me feel completely at ease. When I came home, Dumpling was happy, relaxed, and her usual self—which says everything about the care Aria provided.

"It was our first time using a pet sitter and we were little nervous to leave our two cats with someone else but after the first meeting with Claire both cats who usually are not that friendly and little scared were very relaxed and we understood that she was the one. Claire is very friendly and understands everything about pet requirement, as well as owners feeling ! Professional and conscientious pet sitter. "Viv took such good care of our two cats while we were away. She was able to feed our senior cat medication (twice a day) and attend to all sorts of her needs, like drinking water from the tap or simply being a fussy eater. They felt at ease when she was around, wandering and eating normally, as if we were at home. Definitely would ask for her help again next time when we are away!! "

Estelle followed the care instructions exactly and played with the cats - who both took to her immediately. She took daily videos of her arrival, the amount of food eaten, and left with cleaning the litter trays, and topping up the food and water dishes. "Jeff has again provided amazing pet sitter service to us during our rather long trip. He had a genuine love for animals and a true passion for looking after pets. He not only followed our instructions to feed and walk our two dogs that can be quite a handful, but even went above and beyond to ensure that our pets felt safe, and happy in our absence. Our previous pet sitter always rushed to finish the job, but Jeff would walk them for a long time to ensure the dogs get enough exercise. We received also regular updates in great details and lovely photos of our dogs which allowed us to enjoy our trip without worrying about them. We are incredibly thankful and look forward to hiring Jeff again in our future trips!"

"I really appciecate Jocelyn to look after my 2 cats and a Chiwawa for 5 days. When I first time to introduce my furry kids to her, I can see she is very patient with them and much experience to take care pets. Unfortunately, there was the most powerful super typhoon in history called “Mangkhut” has hit HK during my vacation. But Jocelyn took care them very well, she stayed in home very late before typhoon signal 8 hoisted and came back to look after them in early morning once signal 8 released.
