"Samia deserves more than 5 stars! We couldn't have asked for a better dogsitter for our beloved pet.
Samia has cared for our pet twice with the latest stint being close to 10 days when we were traveling. We met him a couple of times during this stay and it was clear that he was having a fantastic time with her from the excited way he would greet her whenever we dropped him back.
Samia provided exceptional care for our pet, going above and beyond to ensure his well-being. She would take him to a nearby garden for regular walks and some fresh air. She very kindly also helped us get him ready for our relocation out of Hong Kong. We received regular updates, including photos and videos, which reassured us of his happiness.
Her dedication and attentiveness truly set her apart as a remarkable dogsitter. Samia is not only a wonderful dogsitter, but also an incredible person. Both our pet and we will deeply miss her. "

I cannot recommend Chloe and Guillaume enough! Another extremely satisfied experience with them. They took such great care of Parker ensuring he had plenty of playtime and exercise outdoors.
Parker usually gets anxious when I'm away, but with Chloe and Guillaume, he seemed happy and relaxed upon my return. Daily updates and photos were always a lovely touch, showing how well my pet was doing in my absence.
The level of care and responsibility was exceptional as usual, and knowing Parker was in such capable hands gave me peace of mind while I was away for a trip. Thank you!!!"

"Yvonne took excellent care of our boy Lucas, a large Labrador Retriever. She and her family treated him like one of their own taking him out to play ball and trips to the doggie park. Yvonne was very responsive to our texts and emails and have us daily updates with photos. Lucas came back a happy pup."

"It would be an understatement to say that Miche (and Camilo) are the best dogsitters in Hong Kong!!! Because of work commitments, my husband and I boarded our four-month-old puppy with them for an extended period of time (which started as a week and we love them so much we kept extending... it will be 6 weeks by the time I return to HK) and we can’t be more complimentary of how they took care of our new puppy. As puppy parents we were worried about how our pup would adjust to a new environment, if he will be well taken care of and if his dogsitter would deal well with his fussy puppy behaviour. All of those concerns were alleviated immediately with Miche and Camilo. Our little pup was welcomed into their home as if he was their own and they built their schedules around our little pup, dealing with his whimpering at night to feeding to walks to socialization with their own doggy Miel. Every day they would send us progress reports, pictures and videos of how our little guy was doing which really put us at ease. It is so heartwarming to see our pup playing and smiling (!) when he’s with Miche and Camilo and Miel – these little reports really made our day. Miche is also a super dog trainer – she’s teaching our pup so many useful habits and also taught us along the way with how to give the best to our pup when he comes home. Logistics were easy to arrange, they were super accommodating with pickup and drop off. We are very grateful to have found them and happy there are folks out there who really put their all into helping others’ pups and treat them like a member of their own family. We can’t recommend them enough. I am happy to give live references for Miche if anyone needs!"
