"Claire is a fantastic cat sitter, and while we were anxious to leave our cat at home for the first time in a while, she made us feel calm and confident in our 2 week trip away.
Our cat is an older boy (14) and requires a bit more attention than most, due to a health condition. Claire was more than happy to help with us with a specific meal and medicine schedule, and extra attention to his litter box, as he can be very fussy.
Claire sent us really fantastic updates every day, with lots of lovely pictures and detailed messages to keep us worry-free during our trip, which we really appreciated.
She went out of her way to ensure he was happy, fed/watered, medicated and given lots of attention and tickles every day. Even with some unexpected issues she was calm, collected and went above and beyond to help us make sure our cat was really well cared for.
Thank you so much Claire, we would highly recommend you and we will be in touch if we ever have to leave our grumpy, lovely old boy again in future!"

During the period of engagement, she communicated with us everytime she came with photos and videos and kept us posted with the latest updates of our cats. "This was the first time using a pet sitter for my two cats. I was very nervous leaving them but Mei was very attentive to the cats. She fed them and played with them on every visit. She posted pictures and videos which really helped reassure me the cats were happy. One of my cats is very anxious and nervous of strangers. Mei was patient and soothing and by the end of the holiday I could see that Mei had won her over and was happy to be stroked and petted by Mei. Recommend and will definitely use Mei again. "

"Miriam is wonderful, she has been helping me with my dog Charlie, a 4 month old Labrador and I'm very grateful to Miriam for her patience and her love and care for Charlie.
