"Sarah took care of our cats during a number of trips we were taking, and cats had a great experience every time. She communicates extremely well, and solves problems to make sure the cats are taken care of – there was an issue with getting in our apartment when we were in the US, but we worked together successfully to solve it. "We were lucky to find Wai Wai on Pawshake and booked her service over the Christmas holidays. She is warm, friendly, easy to communicate, and immediately bonded with our 2 cats at our first meet & greet session. Cats were well taken care of for the 3 days we were away, and she even sent us some nice photos for keeps!

"We could not have asked for someone to take better care of our three-year old French Bulldog, Bean! Jacinta made the time to meet Bean before we booked anything, which we truly appreciated. Jacinta has a very warm personality, which put Bean at ease, and they bonded quickly. Jacinta was very responsive throughout the reservation process, and sent daily photos, which we loved!
