"Joanne looked after my sweet 12 year old cat for ten days in April.
Unfortunately my cat Aki was pretty unwell most likely due to the stress of us not being there😥 which was worrying and upsetting
Joanne was communicative and caring, taking Aki to the vet and administering medication. When I asked her to increase her visits to care for Aki she kindly was able to do so and continued to send regular updates and photos/videos which was a relief to see
I’m sure it wasn’t the most relaxing cat sitting job and am appreciative of her kind caring nature towards Aki!

"Claire was absolutely amazing. I was anxious about leaving my cat for 2 weeks but Claire quickly put my mind at ease. She followed all of the instructions I left but also went above and beyond in many ways!
Claire’s communication was really excellent. I received a daily update and a lovely collage of pictures every day which was wonderful and enabled me to enjoy my vacation knowing that my cat was being very well looked after.
I would definitely use Claire again! "

"This was the first time using a pet sitter for my two cats. I was very nervous leaving them but Mei was very attentive to the cats. She fed them and played with them on every visit. She posted pictures and videos which really helped reassure me the cats were happy. One of my cats is very anxious and nervous of strangers. Mei was patient and soothing and by the end of the holiday I could see that Mei had won her over and was happy to be stroked and petted by Mei. Recommend and will definitely use Mei again. "

"Jeff has again provided amazing pet sitter service to us during our rather long trip. He had a genuine love for animals and a true passion for looking after pets. He not only followed our instructions to feed and walk our two dogs that can be quite a handful, but even went above and beyond to ensure that our pets felt safe, and happy in our absence. Our previous pet sitter always rushed to finish the job, but Jeff would walk them for a long time to ensure the dogs get enough exercise. We received also regular updates in great details and lovely photos of our dogs which allowed us to enjoy our trip without worrying about them. We are incredibly thankful and look forward to hiring Jeff again in our future trips!"

"Susanna did such a great job in taking care of my two cats. She went above and beyond and very meticulous. She understood that my cats weren't the most sociable when it comes to new strangers so she made sure to interact with them without being forceful. Susanna also did everything as I requested and more. She even helped me sweep up the mess cats like to make with the litter (not expected but very appreciated). She made sure to send me messages and photos every day so I wouldn't have to worry. Communication was great and Susanna is a lovely person. Would totally recommend her to others! xx"

During the period of engagement, she communicated with us everytime she came with photos and videos and kept us posted with the latest updates of our cats. "Laura has done a fabulous job taking care of our cat! She has gone above and beyond making sure the cat was well taken care of and ensuring we could travel with the peace of mind. Laura is a great communicator she kept us informed regularly and shared photos and videos. We were so pleased to see that our shy cat has finally warmed up to her enough to allow her to pet him 😻

"I would highly recommend Carmen as a pet sitter. Not only did she invest time and effort to understand the needs of our elderly cat, who was experiencing health issues, she handled her work with enthusiasm, sensitivity and excellent ongoing communication with us while we were away. When our pet needed urgent medical attention, she was already well prepared with all the correct contact information and protocols to ensure our cat got the care she needed. "I have been away from HK for a month and half. During this long term, Lily has been very helpful taking care of my baby cats. She visited every day and sent me pictures and videos, stayed communicating with me all the time. She even helped me vacuum when the room gets furry and helped me take parcels.
