"Joanne looked after my sweet 12 year old cat for ten days in April.
Unfortunately my cat Aki was pretty unwell most likely due to the stress of us not being there😥 which was worrying and upsetting
Joanne was communicative and caring, taking Aki to the vet and administering medication. When I asked her to increase her visits to care for Aki she kindly was able to do so and continued to send regular updates and photos/videos which was a relief to see
I’m sure it wasn’t the most relaxing cat sitting job and am appreciative of her kind caring nature towards Aki!

"Jeff has again provided amazing pet sitter service to us during our rather long trip. He had a genuine love for animals and a true passion for looking after pets. He not only followed our instructions to feed and walk our two dogs that can be quite a handful, but even went above and beyond to ensure that our pets felt safe, and happy in our absence. Our previous pet sitter always rushed to finish the job, but Jeff would walk them for a long time to ensure the dogs get enough exercise. We received also regular updates in great details and lovely photos of our dogs which allowed us to enjoy our trip without worrying about them. We are incredibly thankful and look forward to hiring Jeff again in our future trips!"

"This was the first time using a pet sitter for my two cats. I was very nervous leaving them but Mei was very attentive to the cats. She fed them and played with them on every visit. She posted pictures and videos which really helped reassure me the cats were happy. One of my cats is very anxious and nervous of strangers. Mei was patient and soothing and by the end of the holiday I could see that Mei had won her over and was happy to be stroked and petted by Mei. Recommend and will definitely use Mei again. "

"Hannah was great. She's super friendly and my cat loved her. She gave my cat plenty of love and cuddles and sent me video's and photos every day and kept me updated on how my cat was doing. I would definitely recommend Hannah if you're looking for a pet sitter."

"I would highly recommend Carmen as a pet sitter. Not only did she invest time and effort to understand the needs of our elderly cat, who was experiencing health issues, she handled her work with enthusiasm, sensitivity and excellent ongoing communication with us while we were away. When our pet needed urgent medical attention, she was already well prepared with all the correct contact information and protocols to ensure our cat got the care she needed. We were very pleased with the level of care."

"Laura has done a fabulous job taking care of our cat! She has gone above and beyond making sure the cat was well taken care of and ensuring we could travel with the peace of mind. Laura is a great communicator she kept us informed regularly and shared photos and videos. We were so pleased to see that our shy cat has finally warmed up to her enough to allow her to pet him 😻

"I have been away from HK for a month and half. During this long term, Lily has been very helpful taking care of my baby cats. She visited every day and sent me pictures and videos, stayed communicating with me all the time. She even helped me vacuum when the room gets furry and helped me take parcels.
