"Laura was wonderful with our three cats. She provided us with updates via pictures and videos while we were away for two weeks. June, who normally is anxious when we are away, was surprisingly comfortable and cozy with Laura around to look after her. Bolt would have troubled Laura with his incessant meows and we are so sorry for that but Laura hardly complained about it. She sent pictures / videos of play time with them. Overall, after a long wait, we had one of the best pet sitters our cats would be comfortable with. Thank you for all the help and support, Laura. Looking forward to our next collab ☺️"

"Hannah has been an amazing cat sitter for our cat Momo for over a month now. Momo has various health and temperament issues and we were quite apprehensive about leaving her for a lengthy period of time to visit family outside HK. From the first time we met Hannah though, her incredibly calm demeanour set us at ease. She has sent us lovely photos and gifs to keep us informed, and has always been in regular contact. Couldn’t ask for more!"

"Susanna looked after our three cats (Raspberry, Ninja and Kiki) and hamster (Marshmallow) for a month over the Summer holidays. During the holiday she stayed in contact as per our arrangement, sending lovely little pictures and videos and notes. Raspberry - who is very old and has kidney problems - became ill while we were away. Even through a typhoon, Susanna was on top of the situation, sending us updates, contacting the vet and arranging to take our cat to the vet as soon as they could see her. She administered medicine to Raspberry, cooked her chicken and ensured she was comfortable. In fact, I can say that each cat and our hamster received this extraordinary level of care. Susanna cared for our pets as if they were her own. She also took wonderful care of our home. It was such a pleasure to arrive back in Hong Kong to a clean home and well-loved pets. My family and I are so grateful to Susanna for her care and attention. We cannot recommend her highly enough."

"Michael is a highly professional, diligent and trustworthy dog walker/dog sitter. We had him for 3 nights staying at our house looking after our 2 big dogs and we feel very fortunate to have found him. Michael walked my 2 dogs 3 TIMES A DAY and he sent us detailed updates and GPS trackers during each walk. He also kept my house immaculately clean and provided daily oral medications to one of my dogs. He surely looked after my dogs like they were his own and we could not ask for a better dog sitter! We highly recommend Michael to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy and experienced dog sitter/dog walker. Michael will be the first and only person I would call should I ever need someone to look after our fur kids again."
