"Sarah took care of our cats during a number of trips we were taking, and cats had a great experience every time. She communicates extremely well, and solves problems to make sure the cats are taken care of – there was an issue with getting in our apartment when we were in the US, but we worked together successfully to solve it. "We could not have asked for someone to take better care of our three-year old French Bulldog, Bean! Jacinta made the time to meet Bean before we booked anything, which we truly appreciated.
