I am available to look after your cat in your home while you are away. I've had cats on and off since I was a young child and currently
have one cat roommate. Friends and neighbours have entrusted me over the years to look after their beloved pets and I have enjoyed caring for their animals and making sure they're in good spirits while their owners are away.
Knowing that cats have varying personalities, I will vary my approach depending on whether your pet is shy of strangers or an affectionate cat that craves attention.
My cat, Kimchi, came to live me over a year ago as a friend was struggling to relocate her to Australia because of the disruptions to flights thanks to Covid. It's been good to get to know Kimchi’s personality and to gain her trust over the past 12+ months. During the time she’s lived with me, I’ve also learnt her rhythms and likes and dislikes, allowing me to make sure she’s as happy as can be. 
I've travelled overseas since she's been with me and understand the value of a reliable sitter for peace of mind and to ensure you return to a happy pet. 
I’d like to extend this to others who are planning a trip out of HK and I am available to look after cats in the Eastern District, Kennedy Town or Sai Ying Pun.
I am available in the evenings on weekdays or more flexibly during the weekend or public holidays. Depending on your cat, I will spend around half an hour with them to feed them and play. 
If needed, I can also tend to your plants.

I am a trustworthy, experienced cat owner and long term cat lover. I grew up with two ragdolls and one domestic, and had one of my own here in Hong Kong who is sadly no longer with me.&nbsp;
I am volunteering with LAP Lifelong Animal Protection Charity for cats and recently met a cat I would love to adopt, however I realised in doing so, I would need to find a responsible sitter if I ever go on holiday, and I need to be certain I have a plan in place should that time come, which is how I came across Pawshake.&nbsp;
It was so great to discover this great community of animal lovers who help to take care of other people's pets and I realised, as a cat lover myself, I can in turn help someone else who needs their cats looked after while out of town.&nbsp;

I know how difficult it can be to get a friend or family member to commit to visiting your cat so I would like to offer my services in doing so.&nbsp;
I am happy to meet up first and meet your cats in order for you to tell me any specific details about how you would like things to be done for your feline friend, as I would expect to be able to do the same for my own cat.
I am patient and know that some cats need time to warm up to you being around, I am willing to give a little time to attempt to build your cats trust, or just to leave them be if that is preferred! 
I am also willing to water house plants (with instructions) whilst visiting your place, it's important to keep them healthy while you're gone too!
AVAILABILITY &amp; SERVICE:
I am a full-time freelance vocalist performing at restaurants, bars and events and I usually work during evenings.&nbsp;
I am available afternoons between 1:30-5:30pm (or if at all required, late night 00:00-2:00am) to provide home visits to feed, change water, groom and play with your cat(s) once a day for at least 30 minutes to one hour per session while you are away and of course take care of their litter tray hygiene!&nbsp;
I have experience giving tablet oral medication to my own cat and also clipping their claws, cleaning cats ears, eyes, nose and mouth with saline solution and cotton pads (doing so for another cat would depend on their temperament). Willing to do so under the instruction of the owner.

I'm experienced with cats of all ages, conditions, and temperaments - my cat herself is a huge introvert and scared of many things 🥹 i'm a patient, detail-oriented, experienced sitter and can help put your mind at ease while you are away. I know firsthand how much of a difference it makes to have someone you can trust look after your best friend while you're gone! 
I work full-time but am flexible in terms of time and location, so I can drop by your home easily whenever works best for your schedule. Mornings and evenings are usually best, and I can stay for as long as you think is appropriate (usually 30mins to an hour is more than enough for an adult kitty i think!). I'll change out your kitty's food, clean the litter, and hang out with him/her so they don't feel lonely while you're gone
Of course, if there's anything else you need done in your home like watering your plants or bringing in mail, I can do that too :)

I have a 9-year old Chihuahua and his name is Pedro I also have an 11-month old Chihuahua and his name is Ziggy. I take them on walks early morning and before dinner time. Unfortunately, I had to leave him behind in the Philippines. For the time being, I would love to genuinely take care of other dogs to fill in the void of missing him. I usually stroll in the morning and would have encounters with other dogs. Some would freely follow me around until I get home or up until their "border line or boundary", and it may seem as if I could connect with them in a certain way. I am a Professional DJ from the Philippines who is just recently migrating to HK. I live with my dad, while my mom and siblings are residing in the Philippines.A 30-minute to an hour-long morning and night walks would be lovely. I can watch over them at the pet-owner's home as they leave for work, given that I have been told ahead of time. Home visits can be for 2-4 hours preferably after lunch/afternoon. If needed for a different time frame, I can make time for the pet-owner. I can also feed them and play with them. I have no restrictions for the size and age of the dog as long as I am given instructions on how they should be taken cared of. Hi everyone, I am Ceci, born and raised in Hong Kong. 
 Since I was in secondary school, I am interested in having a cat, I found them adorable and cute , however, I am too young and not financially sufficient to support one. 

After I graduated, i have become a more mature and responsible person. Treating pet not just as friend but a companion for life. 
In 2014, I am lucky enough to have a chance to take care of my friend's cat, Cookie ,for 1 year when he was studying aboard.
I provided a comfort home, warm bed for him to live. 

Through taking care for him, I have learnt valuable lessons on love and care. 
I have also gained experience in providing a comfortable life for a cat. 
However, good time doesn’t last long, I have to send Cookie back to his original owner. I took care of him for 1 year when my friend was studying aboard, and longer able to have cat at my place again. 
But my love to cat doesn’t stop there, since then I started cat sitting for my friends and family.

Experienced cat slave for 15+ years. I spent years helping out at cat shelters, of both NGO and independent volunteer's,&nbsp; as well as cat-sitting for friends and family. I am good with young and old cats that need extra care.
