hi there ~ my name is Annika and I've lived with cats my entire life. Currently I live with a 15+ y.o senior tortie cat (a rescue i had since she was kitten) who I brought with me to HK when I moved here 2 years ago! I'm experienced with cats of all ages, conditions, and temperaments - my cat herself is a huge introvert and scared of many things 🥹 i'm a patient, detail-oriented, experienced sitter and can help put your mind at ease while you are away. I know firsthand how much of a difference it makes to have someone you can trust look after your best friend while you're gone! 
I work full-time but am flexible in terms of time and location, so I can drop by your home easily whenever works best for your schedule. Mornings and evenings are usually best, and I can stay for as long as you think is appropriate (usually 30mins to an hour is more than enough for an adult kitty i think!). I'll change out your kitty's food, clean the litter, and hang out with him/her so they don't feel lonely while you're gone
Of course, if there's anything else you need done in your home like watering your plants or bringing in mail, I can do that too :)  
If you do choose to work with me, you can trust me to send you regular pictures &amp; updates, selfies with your cats, and just all-in-all a feeling of reassurance that your cats are safe and sound at home.

I've grown up on a farm with animals during my childhood. 
In my home country I have 4 dogs, a bird and two tortoises.
I have moved to Hong Kong a year ago and I missed all my pets, so I adopted two cats. But I would love to help pet owners when they are travelling or have a busy schedule and need some assistants with their pets.

Experienced cat slave for 15+ years. I spent years helping out at cat shelters, of both NGO and independent volunteer's,&nbsp; as well as cat-sitting for friends and family. I am good with young and old cats that need extra care. Currently living with 2 domestic shorthair bosses and am the godmother of many more.&nbsp;I have always&nbsp; been a dog person and after years of playing with friends'/ neighbours' dogs, I adopted a mongrel puppy a year ago! It's been a steep learning curve for me ( so much trainings for both my dog and me). I found it especially difficult to un-learn my cat-slavey attitude to become a true pack leader . (Well, still working hard to be loving and authoritative simultaneously) I really enjoy exploring the city with my dog and meeting other dogs and owners. The sense of community is satisfying and I decide to make a side gig out of it.I am an easy-going person who takes pet-caring seriously. I have a relatively relaxed, flexible work-from-home job that allows me the freedom and time to take on extra responsbilities.I ,too, understand the important for both the owner's peace of mind and the pet's well-being to have a reliable and helpful pet-sitter while the owners are not around. I am available to look after your cat in your home while you are away. I've had cats on and off since I was a young child and currently
have one cat roommate. Friends and neighbours have entrusted me over the years to look after their beloved pets and I have enjoyed caring for their animals and making sure they're in good spirits while their owners are away.
Knowing that cats have varying personalities, I will vary my approach depending on whether your pet is shy of strangers or an affectionate cat that craves attention.
My cat, Kimchi, came to live me over a year ago as a friend was struggling to relocate her to Australia because of the disruptions to flights thanks to Covid. It's been good to get to know Kimchi’s personality and to gain her trust over the past 12+ months. During the time she’s lived with me, I’ve also learnt her rhythms and likes and dislikes, allowing me to make sure she’s as happy as can be. 
I've travelled overseas since she's been with me and understand the value of a reliable sitter for peace of mind and to ensure you return to a happy pet. 
I’d like to extend this to others who are planning a trip out of HK and I am available to look after cats in the Eastern District, Kennedy Town or Sai Ying Pun.
I am available in the evenings on weekdays or more flexibly during the weekend or public holidays. Depending on your cat, I will spend around half an hour with them to feed them and play.

Hi everyone! I am Iván, a PhD former from Ghent University and University of Antwerp. I am now living in Hong Kong for my post doc so I will be also looking for your cute pets to take care around The University of Hong Kong (HKU) (Kadoorie Building - HKU MTR station). I am from Perú and I was doing pet sitting for almost 2 yrs in Belgium. I would like to spend some of my time by taking care of different pet animals also here in Hong Kong. I have lived in studios/apartments in Belgium, and now in a shared place in Hong Kong. So, I had not the possibility to have cute pets and I really miss it. I believe they are the best company for some people, as for me. I always manage my time with my work, and have free time for friends and enjoy Hong Kong. So I think is not a problem to take care of your cute pets. The best is to help you tacking care of your pet at your place and taking him/her out for a walk (~30 min). Or also check them to give food and company. I am open to do whatever is needed to make your pet happy. I am more free during the weekends.
