毛爸媽你好，我係Kelsi，90後。常有人說是我們在照顧毛孩，但對我而言，物質上是我養牠，精神上其實是毛孩一直陪伴和療癒我。因為牠們不懂說話，我更希望用知識去聆聽，主動進修不同寵物照護範疇，只為在牠們需要時，能捕捉每一個細微的訊號，讓毛孩開心，也讓主人放心。
Hallo pet parrents, my name is Kelsi, a post-90s pet lover. People often say we take care of our pets, but to me, while I care for them physically, they support me emotionally. Because animals can’t speak, I chose to learn how to truly “listen” through knowledge—studying various areas of pet care to better understand their needs. I hope to notice even the smallest signals, so pets feel happy, comfortable, and owners can feel reassured.
我一直相信，寵物不只是被照顧的對象，而是家人。我領養了一隻英國短毛貓，從日常起居到情緒觀察都有豐富經驗，亦曾於貓Cafe兼職，熟悉不同性格與需要的貓咪。加上持續進修寵物照護相關課程，讓我能以細心、耐心的服務，加上專業的知識背景，為每位毛孩提供安心又貼心的照顧。
I see pets as family, not just animals to be cared for. I adopted a British Shorthair cat and have hands-on experience in daily care, behavior observation, and emotional needs. I’ve also worked part-time at a cat café, caring for cats with different personalities and routines. Through continuous training in pet care, I’ve developed a calm, attentive, and responsible approach. My goal is to provide pets with a safe, comfortable, and loving environment—so owners can feel truly at ease.

在上門照護期間，我會按毛孩的日常習慣與需要進行照顧，讓牠們在熟悉的環境中，維持原有節奏，減低壓力，尊重貓咪的步調。

=^･ｪ･^= 貓貓上門照護（1-2隻）
以下所有服務的執行，會在確認預訂後逐一跟您確認細節
- 按主人指示補充乾濕糧、更換乾淨飲用水
- 按主人指示餵藥及零食
- 清理及鏟貓砂
- 按毛孩性格及需求提供梳毛、陪玩耍及基本互動
- 只進入家中許可範圍
- 代處理額外簡單要求，如代收信件/確認電器狀態等

每次到訪後您將會收到：
- 10-15張紀錄當天毛孩活動的照片和影片
- 一份詳細記錄當天「行為與狀態觀察」的照護報告，內容包括：
1.飲食與藥物
2.精神與互動
3.排泄與貓砂
4.其他特別觀察 等
如發現任何異常或轉變，會整理相關觀察資訊並主動回饋予主人，方便跟進或判斷是否需要進一步處理。

§ 額外付費服務（可選）
毛孩穴位按摩（約 10–15 分鐘）
依毛孩當日身體狀況及接受程度進行，協助放鬆、促進循環，實際內容會按個別情況調整。

During the visits, your fur babies will be taken care according to their daily habits and needs, they will be allowed to maintain their original rhythm in a familiar environment, no stress, and chilling in their own pace.

=^･ｪ･^= In-Home Cat Care (1-2 feline)
The execution details of all the following services will be confirmed upon booking is confirmed:
- Refill cat food and provide fresh, clean water as your instructions
- Administering medication and treats as instructed by the owner
- Clean and scoop the litter box
- Provide grooming, playtime, and companionship
- Only access the area you approved to enter.
- Handling additional simple requests, such as checking the status of appliances, etc.

After each visit, you will receive:
- 10-15 photos and videos documenting your pet's activities that day
- A detailed care report documenting the day's "behavior and condition observations," including:
1. Diet and medication
2. Mental state and interaction
3. Excretion and litter box
4. Other special observations, etc.

If any changes or unusual signs are noticed, I will summarize the observations and proactively share them with you, so you can decide whether follow-up or further attention is needed.

§ Optional Add-On Service (Additional Fee)
Pet Acupressure Massage (Approx. 10–15 minutes)
Sessions are adjusted based on your pet’s physical condition and comfort level, helping promote relaxation and support circulation. The approach is tailored to each pet’s individual .
