Sometimes life can get really busy and you might find yourself a little short on time to walk your dog. Luckily with Pawshake, it is really easy to connect with thousands of pet lovers and find a walker in Wan Chai who is available and waiting to help you out.

All of our walkers are vetted individually and every dog walker booking is covered by The Pawshake Guarantee so you can rest easy while they spend time with your dog. Additionally, your Pawshake walker will be from your local Wan Chai neighbourhood and their profile also includes reviews from other pet parents.

Having a dog walker visit during the day is an affordable and great way to break up the day and make your dog’s day more interesting. Some of our walkers walk multiple dogs at once so this service is a great way for your dog to socialise and meet other similar dogs. However, if your dog prefers to be walked alone, you can also find Wan Chai dog walkers who only walk one dog at a time. That way, the walks can be completely dedicated to what your dogs want – whether is a slow walk-and-sniff or a faster paced brisk walk around the block, our Pawshake dog walkers will be happy to oblige.

A Loving Pawparent You Can Trust & Caring for Your Furbabies Like Family
Hi, I’m Jane. An animal lover at heart. Ever since I was young, I dreamed of becoming a veterinarian so I could help animals in need around the world. Unfortunately, my fear of blood (hemophobia) and needles (trypanophobia) meant that path wasn’t meant for me. Instead, I found my own way of loving animals — by being the best pet owner and companion I could be.
Like many of you, I understand the deep love and bond we share with our pets, being a pawparent. Losing my own beloved pets in 2023 was incredibly difficult, and for some time, being around dogs and cats brought back feelings of loss and heartbreak. But with time, I realised how much joy, comfort, and uncoditional love animals still bring into my life, and I knew I was ready to open my heart again to spending time with furry companions.
I would love the opportunity to care for your furbabies while you're busy creating a better life for them, whether you're travelling, attending a wedding, visiting loved ones, working long hours, or simply taking a well-deserved break.
I'm restarting my journey on Pawshake and currently offer:

Dog Walking
Home Visits

My Dog Walking service includes:

A 30minutes walk
Pick up and drop off service

Additional services such as feeling, refreshing drinking water, or light cleaning can also be arranged for an extra charge.

My Home Visit service includes:

Feeding according to your instructions
Refilling and refreshing drinking water
Basic health and wellbeing check
Changing potty pads and/or clearing feces from the designated area (general house cleaning is not included)
Photo and/or video updates after each visit for your peace of mind

PricingThe listed price is per pet, per home visit. If you have more than one pet in the same household, an additional charge of HK$100 per visit applies for each additional dog.
Each home visit lasts approximately 30 minutes. After every visit, you'll receive a short update along with photos and/or videos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you're away.
Travel Policy:All of the above rates include travel within a 15-minute radius of my location. For locations requiring more than 15 minutes of travel, an additional travel fee will apply.
In the near future, I also hope to offer Day Care and Dog Boarding Services. I'm fortunate to have a secure outdoor area for pets to enjoy, and I've included photos of the space in my profile for your refrerence.
Please feel free to message me, get to know me, and ask any questions before deciding if I’m the right person to care for your beloved pets. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your furry family members in someone else's care. I’ll do my very best to care for them with the same love, patience, care and attention that you would give them yourself — ensuring they feel safe, happy, comfortable and cherished while you’re away.
I look forward to meeting you and your furbabies soon =)

I want every dog to have someone by their side when their human is away, so they never have to wait alone.

My own four-year-old Samoyed and I are separated by distance—though he lives a wonderful life with my parents in Yunnan, with more space and a climate that suits his sled dog spirit, while I'm here in Hong Kong. I miss him every day, and only getting to see him every few months is the hardest part.

Every time I see a dog on the streets of this city, I can't help but wonder: Is my boy out playing too? Is he feeling this same sunshine?

That's why I'm here—to be the person for your dog that I wish could be there for mine. Let me be their fun and reliable walker, turning their day around with energy, care, and a genuine connection.

Let me be that reliable and fun friend for your dog, turning their waiting time into a little daily adventure

I take your dog out for a walk, sniff, and exercise! With me, your dog will be super healthy with all the runs that done with me.
I am a dedicated pet lover with a deep passion for caring for animals, which is what motivates me to be a pet sitter. Having grown up with various pets, I understand the joy and companionship they bring to our lives. My aim is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where pets feel comfortable and loved while their owners are away.
I have my own dog, an 8-year-old reactive boy, and I have experience cat sitting for friends while they are away. I take my dog out three times a day, with morning and night walks lasting at least 45 minutes each. His specific needs due to a previous procedure have given me valuable insight into caring for injured dogs and administering medication. This experience allows me to offer personalized care for each pet, including daily walks, playtime, and even basic training if needed.
To maintain a healthy environment, I do require all pets to be vaccinated. This not only protects your furry friends but also ensures a safe space for everyone. I look forward to meeting you and your beloved pets!

Animals hold a very special place in my life. Nearly five years ago, I adopted a rescue dog who has truly been a gift and has changed my life for the better. Supporting her development required patience, consistency, and attentiveness, and this experience has given me a deep appreciation for the trust that exists between pets and their caregivers. It is this sense of responsibility that motivates me to provide reliable and compassionate care to every pet entrusted to me.
Most of my hands-on experience comes from caring for my own dog on a daily basis, including walks, feeding routines, playtime, and ensuring a structured and calm environment. In addition, I have regularly helped neighbours by caring for and walking their dogs when they were away. During these occasions, I have been comfortable managing two and up to three dogs at the same time, ensuring each dog remains safe, well supervised, and comfortable throughout the walk.
Dog walks typically last 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the dog’s age, energy level, and routine, as well as depending on the weather, especially in the hotter summer months.
During home visits, I provide feeding, fresh water, playtime, companionship, and close supervision. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, as maintaining familiar routines helps pets feel secure.
For pets that may feel nervous or shy, I take a calm and patient approach, allowing them time to build trust at their own pace. Safety is always a priority. I remain attentive during walks, keep dogs on leash unless otherwise instructed, and avoid unsafe environments. In case of unexpected situations, I communicate promptly with the owner and follow agreed guidance to ensure the pet’s well-being.
For everyone’s safety, I only accept vaccinated pets into my home.
My objective is simple: to provide a dependable, calm, and caring presence so your pet feels comfortable and well looked after while you are away.

Hi there! I am an accounting professional and internal auditor currently working in the finance industry, based in North Point, Hong Kong. As a former Big Four auditor, my profession is built on strict ethics, responsibility, and trustworthiness—qualities that I bring directly to pet sitting. You can have absolute peace of mind when leaving your beloved furry family members (and your home access) in my care.
My main motivation for joining Pawshake is simple: I genuinely miss having dogs around. I previously raised two dogs in my hometown for about a year, where I learned how to handle their daily feeding, walking routines, and provide them with a loving environment. Since moving to Hong Kong, I haven't been able to keep a pet of my own. Fortunately, I work from home (WFH) every Tuesday and Thursday, which gives me a great deal of flexibility during the daytime. Stepping away from my computer screen to walk a dog or do a home visit not only brightens my day but also helps out busy pet parents in the North Point, Fortress Hill, and Quarry Bay areas.
I mainly offer mid-day dog walking and home visits. During my visits, I will ensure your pets are well-fed, hydrated, safely exercised, and given plenty of affection. For the health and safety of everyone, I only provide services for pets that are fully vaccinated and receive regular preventive care.
I am highly attentive to details and will provide you with thorough updates and photos during each visit. I look forward to meeting your wonderful pets!

Hi everyone this is Jeryl, raised two poodle from baby with almost 20 years of experience taking care of dogs. Also volunteering in a shelter for those waiting for a home.
My work hours are flexible so I'm more than happy to provide sitting and day care service whenever you needed.
Both of my kids were raised in a lovely family of four humans, the white one (Kenki) I got him when I was in Australia and bought him back to HK, who lived to the age of 17 and the brown one (Milo) who's actually the son of Kenki, unfortunately passed away in late February this year due to incurable illness...left all of us devastated and missing him every day since.
And that's one of the main reason I would like to start being a care taker since I believe furry kids are part of the family and they do deserve the best from us.
Services including:

* Day or overnight home sitting at my place preferably smaller breeds under 10kg. (An apartment about 1500 fts with a fenced balcony so plenty of exercise space :)
* Day or night home sitting at your own home
* Home visiting for feeding
* 1-2 time walkie a day
* Playing, brushing or basic training enforcement etc

Please feel free to contact if you in need hope to see you and your furry family soon

Hello, my name is Sharine, and caring for animals has always been a central part of my life. From a young age, I have been fascinated by all kinds of pets and have gained hands-on experience looking after fish, turtles, hamsters, and birds. Currently, I am a proud cat parent to three wonderful felines—one senior cat who is seven years old, and two playful youngsters who are just over 1 year old.
In addition to my experience with cats, I have also cared for a friend’s poodle for a week, which gave me valuable insight into the needs and personalities of dogs. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, attention to detail, and understanding each pet’s unique character.
Now, as I pursue my degree and transition from full-time work, I am eager to dedicate more time to my passion for animals. Pet sitting allows me to combine my love for animals with my flexible schedule, ensuring that your pets receive attentive and loving care while you are away. I am committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and joyful environment for every pet in my care.
For the well-being of all animals, I only accept vaccinated pets into my home. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members, and to providing them with the same level of care and affection that I give my own pets.PS. I speak Cantonese, Mandarin, English, French (Intermediate), Japanese (N3).

I was brought up in a family with loving and caring for pets, cats and dogs specifically. At home currently,
I own a chouchou, two poodles and two frogs (if that counts) and they get along quite well.
I love the meet and greets. Meeting dogs for the first and foremost. But getting to know a client and sharing a common interest in the dogs is really nice too. I take my dogs out for walks on a daily basis and I think it’s a great informal way for us to all get to know each other.
When I take a new client, it is perhaps a bit nervous of new people or dogs but slowly gaining dogs trust that everything will be ok when they are with me which is a really special moment. I can’t rush it, maybe it’ll take ten minutes maybe it’ll take a couple of weeks. I do everything at the dogs pace and when it happens, it will eventually be one of the best feelings ever.
I am available all day, morning afternoon and evenings. I am very flexible and it depends on my schedule because I can move things around. I usually do 30-60 minute walks with pets within the neighbourhood and the duration of home sits are negotiable.

I have always love animal since a child and feel a huge connection to them. I find joy and fulfillment in spending time and caring for animal.
I spend my free time volunteering at PAWS charity and helped foster puppies until they get adopted by a compatible family and since adopted a monguel dog myself. I have a remote job where I work from home all the time, so your dog will be in good hand taken care by me and accompanied by my 9 month old dog Millie to enjoy some good socializing and play time and cuddle. I can provide dog walking or pet sitting services at my home that is a dog friendly complex with dog friendly cafe just downstairs and areas that is good for walkies. My home has two little balcony so dogs can lay out sometimes for sunbathing and looking outside
Looking forward to know how can I help while you are away or have a busy schedule. Please let me know if you have any question
