"Sarah took care of our cats during a number of trips we were taking, and cats had a great experience every time. She communicates extremely well, and solves problems to make sure the cats are taken care of – there was an issue with getting in our apartment when we were in the US, but we worked together successfully to solve it. "Wing was definitely a big animal lover and managed to get along with my doggie in less than no time. She treated my doggie like her own and diligently completed all the tasks as requested. "We could not have asked for someone to take better care of our three-year old French Bulldog, Bean! Jacinta made the time to meet Bean before we booked anything, which we truly appreciated. Jacinta has a very warm personality, which put Bean at ease, and they bonded quickly. Jacinta was very responsive throughout the reservation process, and sent daily photos, which we loved! Additionally, when our schedules changed unexpectedly, she was able and willing to be flexible around our timing, which was an incredibly huge help!
