Why put your dog in boarding when they can stay home with a sitter? 

I had an anxious chubby chihuahua for 17 years, so I understand the difficulty of entrusting someone with your fur baby. After she passed away, I found fostering and dog-sitting really fulfilling.

I'm currently a volunteer dog walker and an active foster parent for SKSFF and Catherine's Puppies. I've taken care of hyper puppies, shy boys, and feisty grandmas. 

I work as a freelance creative, and I have a flexible work schedule. 

Your fur baby will be in safe and loving hands. I am happy to accommodate their walking routines and habits, or take them on fun hikes or the dog park. Safety comes first, I never take dogs off-leash unless we are in an enclosed space without other dogs. I make sure to watch what they’re sniffing in case they ingest something they shouldn’t. 

Each walk is 30-45min (depending on your pet’s age or needs) in your neighbourhood and a walk progress update. If you prefer a longer hike, we can discuss this further!

Each home visit would include a 30-45min walk, playtime, refilling of water, food and medication (per your instructions). Plus regular updates. For unvaccinated puppies, the walk would be replaced by an hour of indoor playtime. 

Happy to walk up to 2 dogs. 

For safety reasons, I have to decline any aggressive dogs.

Please make sure you are reachable, or have a reachable vet in case of emergencies.
