"Fatima looked after our three cats and dog for two weeks and we couldn't be happier with how it went. What really stood out was her communication, she sent us regular updates and photos without us even having to ask. Even when there was nothing major to report, she'd let us know the pets had eaten well and everything was normal, which honestly made such a difference to our peace of mind while we were away. You could tell she genuinely cared about them. Would absolutely book Fatima again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!"

"I highly recommend Angeli as a cat sitter! Even though she’s a dog person, she truly connected with my cat, Bel, and showered him with love and attention. Frequently, I received updates that reassured me Bel was happy and well cared for—he always had fresh water and food, and had his litter taken care of. Angeli was also super flexible with scheduling, accommodating any changes I needed when I was away from HK. "I recently had the pleasure of having Viann look after my two dogs (fussy sassy toy poodles) for 6 nights, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I handed over the keys, I felt an incredible sense of ease knowing they were in good hands.
Throughout the stay, Viann was consistently attentive and provided frequent updates, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Both of my dogs adapted well, ate properly, and seemed genuinely happy under their care — no stress or worry at all.
What really impressed me was Viann’s attentiveness to the dogs’ needs and their ability to make them feel at home. It’s obvious she treated my dogs like family, ensuring they were not only fed and exercised, but also given plenty of love and attention.

"Hannah has been an amazing cat sitter for our cat Momo for over a month now. Momo has various health and temperament issues and we were quite apprehensive about leaving her for a lengthy period of time to visit family outside HK. From the first time we met Hannah though, her incredibly calm demeanour set us at ease. She has sent us lovely photos and gifs to keep us informed, and has always been in regular contact. "Michael is a highly professional, diligent and trustworthy dog walker/dog sitter. We had him for 3 nights staying at our house looking after our 2 big dogs and we feel very fortunate to have found him. Michael walked my 2 dogs 3 TIMES A DAY and he sent us detailed updates and GPS trackers during each walk. He also kept my house immaculately clean and provided daily oral medications to one of my dogs. He surely looked after my dogs like they were his own and we could not ask for a better dog sitter!
