"Fatima looked after our three cats and dog for two weeks and we couldn't be happier with how it went. What really stood out was her communication, she sent us regular updates and photos without us even having to ask. Even when there was nothing major to report, she'd let us know the pets had eaten well and everything was normal, which honestly made such a difference to our peace of mind while we were away. "Lindsey is an absolutely wonderful sitter. She took care of our cat with much care, patience, and gentleness. She is a very knowledgeable and responsible sitter, one in whom you can trust. Our cat is on the sensitive side, personality-wise, and he took to Lindsey immediately. Lindsey stayed in our apartment for a little over a week, and our cat really enjoyed his time with her. We returned to find a cat who was not stressed at all and to an apartment that was spotless. We definitely hope that Lindsey will agree to take care of our cat again in the future. "

"Christina was great with Roman! Roman is a foster and quite nervous in general, dealing with separation anxiety and some reactivity. Christina was patient, she was very alert to his needs, and she provided great updates on how Roman was doing during her time with him. We have already booked another session with her and we are very grateful for her help. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs help with dogs of any type!"

"I highly recommend Angeli as a cat sitter! Even though she’s a dog person, she truly connected with my cat, Bel, and showered him with love and attention. Frequently, I received updates that reassured me Bel was happy and well cared for—he always had fresh water and food, and had his litter taken care of. "Hannah has been an amazing cat sitter for our cat Momo for over a month now. Momo has various health and temperament issues and we were quite apprehensive about leaving her for a lengthy period of time to visit family outside HK. "I recently had the pleasure of having Viann look after my two dogs (fussy sassy toy poodles) for 6 nights, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I handed over the keys, I felt an incredible sense of ease knowing they were in good hands.
Throughout the stay, Viann was consistently attentive and provided frequent updates, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Both of my dogs adapted well, ate properly, and seemed genuinely happy under their care — no stress or worry at all.
What really impressed me was Viann’s attentiveness to the dogs’ needs and their ability to make them feel at home. It’s obvious she treated my dogs like family, ensuring they were not only fed and exercised, but also given plenty of love and attention.

"It was my first time leaving Summer for a stranger to look after, let alone a stranger staying at my home. Kylise was an absolute gem! She really gave me peace of mind with updates during her stay. Summer didn't want her to leave and definitely got so spoilt with all the attention Kylise gave her. On top of taking great care of Summer, she took her on a daily walk, administered medicine, brushed her teeth and much much more. I'm afraid to write too good a review in case she gets booked up for the upcoming days/months but I'll definitely to booking her again in the near future!"
