"It was our first time using a pet sitter and we were little nervous to leave our two cats with someone else but after the first meeting with Claire both cats who usually are not that friendly and little scared were very relaxed and we understood that she was the one. Claire is very friendly and understands everything about pet requirement, as well as owners feeling ! Professional and conscientious pet sitter. "Aria is Simply Amazing!
I couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter for my Dumpling. From the start, Aria’s kindness and love for animals shone through. Dumpling can be shy and picky, but Aria won her over effortlessly.
She kept me updated daily with the cutest pictures and notes, making me feel completely at ease. When I came home, Dumpling was happy, relaxed, and her usual self—which says everything about the care Aria provided.

"Viv took such good care of our two cats while we were away. She was able to feed our senior cat medication (twice a day) and attend to all sorts of her needs, like drinking water from the tap or simply being a fussy eater. They felt at ease when she was around, wandering and eating normally, as if we were at home. Definitely would ask for her help again next time when we are away!! "

"Wing Man was excellent with all my furbabies. She was super calm and gentle when she met them and gave the two shy ones their space. By the end of it, one of the shy ones was offering up her tummy for scratches and the really shy one came out from behind the curtains and asked for a back scratch too :). "

"Jeff has again provided amazing pet sitter service to us during our rather long trip. He had a genuine love for animals and a true passion for looking after pets. He not only followed our instructions to feed and walk our two dogs that can be quite a handful, but even went above and beyond to ensure that our pets felt safe, and happy in our absence. Our previous pet sitter always rushed to finish the job, but Jeff would walk them for a long time to ensure the dogs get enough exercise. We received also regular updates in great details and lovely photos of our dogs which allowed us to enjoy our trip without worrying about them. We are incredibly thankful and look forward to hiring Jeff again in our future trips!"

"We recently hired Simon to look after our two cats for a week, and I can honestly say he did a splendid job! From the moment we met him, it was clear he had a genuine love for animals. Our cats can be a bit shy, but Simon worked his magic and made them feel comfortable right away.
He kept their space clean and tidy, which I really appreciated, and he always made sure their food and water were topped up. It was great knowing they were in such good hands. Plus, he took the time to play with them, which helped them stay active and happy while we were away.
On his last day, Simon even left them some treats, which added such a sweet touch to his service. It really showed that he cares about the pets he looks after. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about cats, too, which gave us confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing.
Honestly, if you're looking for a cat sitter, I highly recommend Simon. My husband and I will definitely reach out to him again when we need a break from Hong Kong's busy lifestyle!"

"I was the luckiest person to find Mei here when I adopted my dog while still stuck in an intense job and family matters. Mei is a very professional and experienced dog walker. I have a Belgian Shepard and she’s always been on the nervous side after being kicked out from the police trainings. Living in the dense area in Wanchai, she is also very reactive to different stimulus on the street, unfortunately mostly unpleasant and hostile. I noticed this side of her early on but only had so much time to train her up after coming back home from my tiring work and family duties. I discussed with Mei and she went out of her way to assure me that first she did all the precautions like having my dog behind a good muzzle at all times, confidently, one step at a time, introduce her to different situations on the street, make notes of her daily behaviour and report to me daily. Mei’s professional attitude and help save both my life and my nervous dog life. I could focus in my work and taking care of my family while knowing my new adopted girl is under a good hand. At the same time, Mei’s partnership helps to correct my girl’s behaviour over the months and she has turned from a frightened and defensive dog 90% of times to a happy confident dog 90% of times (10% overreaction is probably in her genes!)
On top of her professionalism, Mei is also very friendly and carries a positive vibe all the time, and willing to accommodate to my sudden schedule changes and needs. Thank you very much Mei!"AReview by Alison
